Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized products.
Items on sale or clearance.

Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with photos of the defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
